Status of Terms
These terms constitute a legal document, which sets out the rights and obligations of you as a purchaser ("you"), and those of Spike Outdoors Ltd ("Spike Outdoors Ltd", "we" or "us"), in relation to the services and products offered by us through this website.. By registering for Spike Outdoors Ltd services, you agree to the terms of this agreement, and you re-affirm that agreement every time you use any of our services.
1. Your Account
You agree to:
- provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you as prompted by our registration form (such information being the "Registration Data"); and
- maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Spike Outdoors Ltd has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Spike Outdoors Ltd has the right to suspend or terminate your account, cease supply and refuse you any and all current or future use of the Spike Outdoors Ltd site (or any portion of it).
2. Our contract with you
By placing an order with us you are making an offer to purchase the items listed on the order. We accept that offer when we despatch your order. Our sending of an order confirmation email to you does not constitute an acceptance of your offer to purchase the items.
3. Limitation of Liabilities
Neither Spike Outdoors Ltd nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website in any way. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Spike Outdoors Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this site.
Certain links in this site will lead to sites, which are not under the control of Spike Outdoors Ltd. Spike Outdoors Ltd has no control over and will accept no responsibility or liability for the material on any site not under the control of Spike Outdoors Ltd.

All content, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software on this website are the copyright of Spike Outdoors Ltd or its content providers. As a visitor to the Spike Outdoors Ltd site you are licensed to copy electronically or to print portions of this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without Spike Outdoors Ltd's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.Intellectual property rights in any software or any other copyrighted materials ("Software") and supporting documentation supplied by us to you remain our property or that of our licensors.
Without our written consent and without affecting any applicable statutory rights under the Copyright (Computer Program) Regulations 1992 (as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time) you shall not and shall not permit any other person to:
- disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile or in any other way interfere with the Software;

- create any new Software partly or wholly based on the Software.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you are licensed to use the Software and associated documentation non-exclusively, but only for the purposes identified on the site in relation to the Software. You must not transfer, assign or sub-license your right to use the Software or attempt to do so.

Spike Outdoors and the Spike Outdoors Ltd logo, are registered trademarks of Spike Outdoors Ltd. in the European Union. Spike Outdoors Ltd's trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Spike Outdoors Ltd's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Spike Outdoors Ltd.
7. Privacy Policy
At Spike Outdoors Ltd we are very aware of the potential for use of the internet to infringe on your personal privacy. That's why our privacy policy is rigorous and straightforward:
- We will only share you personal information, including your email address, with a third party if we need to do so to fulfill your order. For example, if we need to give your delivery address to one of suppliers to enable them to despatch a delivery direct to you
- All your personal information, such as name, email address, billing address and password are fully 128 bit-encrypted and stored on a secure server hosted by one of the leading companies in the industry
- We may include with your despatched order details of offers, including those from third party companies. However, we will not provide anyone with any of your personal information including any contact details. You have full control of whether, how and when we contact you from the 'My Account' Area.
- We monitor statistical data on customer usage of our website in order to develop and improve our services. None of this data includes information by which individual customers can be identified.
- By submitting your information via our website you consent to us using that information in the ways outlined above.
8. Delivery
We will aim to despatch your order in 5 working days by courier or Royal Mail First Class Recorded service. If you require more prompt delivery we strongly recommend that you contact us prior to placing your order.
Delivery shortages must be notified within 4 days of receipt of goods. After this time it will be assumed that you have received all items.
If our courier is unable to make a delivery, your order will be returned to us. You will need to contact us to arrange delivery which we will charge at cost.
It is essential that you contact us before placing your order if you require delivery outside normal working days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). Such deliveries will incur an extra charge.
9. Our Returns Policy
We understand that you may need to return items for exchange or a full refund.
- You can return items in original condition for an exchange within 30 days from the day the order arrived with you.
- You can return items in original condition for a full refund within 14 days from the day the order arrived with you.
What does Original Condition mean?
Items you return for exchange or a full refund must be as new and in the condition in which we sent them. Items must have:
- All original tags and labels still attached as new
- All packaging, including boxes, as supplied by the manufacturers. This does not include packaging supplied by Spike Outdoors Ltd (for example the bag in which the we send the items)
- Any plastic bag they arrived in including attached labels
- All instructions, parts, accessories, components, spares etc.
Items must not:
- Be soiled, dirty, wet or damaged in any way
- Be marked in any way
- Have been worn outdoors
- Have been altered, modified or adapted in any way
For reasons of health and safety we cannot accept the return of any underwear.
Should you wish to exchange goods we strongly recommend that you contact us to ensure stock availability. You are responsible for the cost of returned and dispatched exchanged goods. We will charge for the dispatch of exchanged goods at cost.
Returning items that were received incorrectly or in a damaged or defective condition
We try very hard to ensure you receive the exact items you have ordered in perfect condition. If something does go wrong and you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item you must return it to Spike Outdoors Ltd within 30 days for a replacement. We will despatch the replacement item upon receipt of the returned item.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
