You will then be asked for the details necessary to complete your transaction We accept Visa, Visa Delta,Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, Amex, Solo and Switch. Please note that the prices quoted on this website apply to online purchases only and may not be available in our store.

Postage Charges

UK deliveries are free on all orders over £30. For overseas orders we charge at cost-please contact us so we can find the best delivery option. Should you need to exchange an item we will charge postage at cost-please contact us before you send the item and we will be glad to give you an indication of the cost of postage.

Delivery Time

Normal delivery time is 3-5 working days. Most items are despatched next day as standard. Please note that some deliveries may take longer due to stock availability and allow a maximum of 15 working days for delivery. You will need to ensure that someone will be avaliable to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If our courier is unable to make a delivery, your order will be returned to us. You will need to contact us to arrange delivery which we will charge at cost.

Back Orders

Any items not in stock will be put onto back order. If you wish to cancel your back order please contact us as soon as possible.

Tax Charges

All prices include VAT at 15% where applicable.

Card Security and Privacy

All transactions are completely secure. All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Returns

If you wish to return any product to us for a full refund you must notify us of this within 7 days starting from the day following the date of delivery to you. The date of delivery is the date on which the goods were signed for. You will need to pay any delivery charges for the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that for reasons of safety we cannot accept returned climbing equipment. If any product should fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, please return it to us in a clean and dry condition. Faulty products will be repaired or replaced. Problems due to natural or excessive wear, accidental or deliberate damage are not covered, but can usually be repaired for a reasonable cost.
